Delivery Information

For products ordered on www.weaversgallery.com , delivery will be done by our delivery partners.  Our Delivery partners are as following 


Within India 

1. DTDC  (http://www.dtdc.in/) 

2. Overnite Express (http://www.overnitenet.com/) 

3. India Post (https://www.indiapost.gov.in) For Areas not covered by above two courier services . All Cash On delivery is being provided by India Post as of now. 

We also have tie up with a few more courier agencies for local and intra circle delivery ( Bihar, Jharkhand, West Bengal) which are used on "if required" basis

Overseas Delivery

Overseas customers will have an option to chose from the courier services and products will be shipped with the courier of their choice. Please note that , once the customer has identified the courier of their choice , Actual shipping cost will be added to the bill and products will be shipped after total payment has been made. 

Expected Shipping time : After an order has been confirmed, we will try to ship the product as soon as possible. A time frame of 3 to 5 days are required, if the product requires finishing ( Normally product information will contain information about expected time to ship for each product ), however weavers gallery will make all attempt to inform the customer about any delay in shipping ( Through Phone and Email) 

Expected Time to Deliver : While all attempts are made to deliver the products within a week of shipping within India. Overseas delivery time will be dependent on the schedule of our delivery partner. In some cases, however the delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control ( Such as weather, local or political situations like strikes etc). Our customers will be provided with the name of our delivery partner and the AWB number and they can track the parcel using the tracking services of the respective courier. ( We are trying to integrate that with our order system , which will allow our customers to track the shipment from our website, that will however take some time to implement)
